Ross & Danette Landon

Capture 17 years of solid Real Estate Experience with the Landon Team. Danette has earned several Real Estate Designations that show a constant push for professionalism. Among them are, CNE ‘Certified Negotiation Specialist’, SRS ‘Sellers Real Estate Specialist’, ABR ‘Accredited Buyer Representation’, and MPR, (Military Relocation Specialist) which help her in all phases of her career. Her husband Ross, joined her Team with his Real Estate license in 2017 to create the Dynamic Duo! They both added the designations SRS ‘Seller Representation Specialist’, New Construction & Buyer Representation, & SRES ‘Senior Real Estate Specialist’ to their repertoire to create skills that help their ever increasing ‘New Construction, & Senior Markets. Both Ross & Danette have also received their Real Estate in Excellence Awards from the Utah Association of Realtors. As twice nominee for “Realtor of the Year, Danette has earned the reputation of Excellence as a Realtor!
Both Ross & Danette are Utah Home Grown. When they are not busy with the demands of Real Estate, you can find them participating in their favorite activities such as kayaking, pickleball, water & snow skiing, hiking, playing music together (flute & piano) and spending time with their grandchildren. A Musician at heart, Danette dived into Real Estate to finance her ‘Dream Flute’. She had the honor to showcase her talent 6 years straight in the stirring Orchestra Easter Production of “The Lamb of God”. She is currently a member of the Pleasant Grove Orchestra, where she plays flute & piccolo. In addition, they have spent their time serving in several church callings, and are now in the Bishopric and Relief Society presidencies for the Beehive Branches in American Fork.
Danette has also traveled to Mexico with “Builders Without Borders” to help build homes for the impoverished people there. Our best times are those we spend with each other. Together, Ross & Danette are the parents of 7 grown children & 21 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Danette has also been very involved with the Real Estate Community and is currently serving on the Community Involvement Committee. Ross & Danette are also involved with their local community political arena serving as County Delegates. They have also been fortunate enough to purchase Real Estate throughout Utah and also own Investment properties outside the Beehive state.
