The Median Asking Price in 2020 was approx $459k, compared to approx $575k in 2021... quite an increase for sure! Notice the Median Sold Price... $408,500 in 2020 & up to $557k in 2021... that is a $150k increase.. WOW!

This week we are comparing single family homes in Orem 1st quarter in 2021 to this same time last year! We are still seeing a very strong market... Days on Market in 2020 was 26.. this year on 6.. that is less than a week on market! The Active Median Sales Price in 2020 was $365,000, compared to $425,000 in 2021... quite a jump for sure! Median Sold Prices in 2020 were $339,900, that number climbed clear up to $411,700.. approx an $70,000 increase!
*Before last year.. most home owners would not imagine selling a home for the prices being offered today. Current home sale prices are being compared to the types of returns investors get during stock market surges and crypto currency spikes! Home continue to sell in hours and days, rather than weeks and months!
